森姆·莱特（Sam Loyd，1841年1月31日—1911年4月10日）是一名美国智力游戏设计师、趣味数学家。
莱特发明了移动15，并设计了不少国际象棋棋题。其中最著名的棋题之一（见图），白要于五步内将死黑[1]。这道被莱特称为“Excelsior”的期题灵感来自亨利·沃兹沃恩·朗费罗的同名诗。
