托马斯·塞科姆

汤玛斯·赛康比（英语：Thomas Seccombe ，1866年—1923年）是一位多才多艺的英国作家和从1891年到1901年他是写了超过700个词条的国家人物传记大辞典的助理编辑^[1]。曾在菲尔斯特德中学和牛津大学贝利奥尔学院受过教育，于1889年首次出现在现代史上。
