热棒菌属（学名：Pyrobaculum）为热变形菌目热变形菌科的一属革兰氏阴性菌。栖息于中性或碱性硫磺热泉和浅海热液系统。此属的模式种为冰岛热棒菌(Pyrobaculum islandicum)。
