弗雷德里克·奥古斯塔斯·泰思哲，第二代切姆斯福德男爵（英语：Frederic Augustus Thesiger, 2nd Baron Chelmsford；1827年5月31日—1905年4月9日），英国陆军上将，其最著名的成就为领导祖鲁战争。尽管当时祖鲁军队和英国陆军相比有著显著的技术劣势，但他的部队在1879年爆发的伊散德尔瓦纳战役却意外地遭到当地部队击败。不过在同一年，他在乌伦迪之役中成功获得胜利，从而结束祖鲁战争。
