萧恩舞团及舞蹈学校

萧恩舞团及舞蹈学校（Denishawn School of Dancing and Related Arts）是一所位于美国的舞蹈学校，1915年由现代舞蹈家露丝·圣·丹尼斯与泰德·萧恩夫妇在加州的洛杉矶成立，校名结合了两人的姓氏，而成为Denishawn（Denish & Shawn），该机构是美国第一个现代舞蹈团体，同时也是世界现代舞蹈史上重要的教育机构，培育了许多当代的舞蹈大师，如玛莎·葛兰姆；查理斯·魏格曼（Charles Weidman）；多丽丝·韩福瑞（Doris Humphrey）等。萧恩舞团及舞蹈学校在1930年代，萧恩夫妇离婚后解散。泰德·萧恩随后创立了雅各之枕舞蹈工作坊（ Jacob's Pillow Dance），此工作坊今日仍存在，并多以艺术节的方式发表舞蹈。
