赫维希·弗朗茨·朔佩尔（德语：Herwig Franz Schopper，1924年2月28日—），实验物理学家，1981年至1988年担任欧洲核子研究中心总干事。^[1]

朔佩尔出生在波希米亚兰什克龙一个奥地利裔家庭。他在汉堡大学获得了博士学位，导师是威廉·楞次和鲁道夫·弗莱施曼（英语：Rudolf Fleischmann）。1950年-1951年，他是莉泽·迈特纳的研究助理。1956年-1957年，他在卡文迪什实验室工作，合作者是奥托·罗伯特·弗里施。^[2][3]
