运动生物力学

运动力学是量化研究与分析专业运动员在一般运动中的力学研究。透过数学模型、计算机模拟和量度对动作的角度和力进行分析用以提高运动员的性能。^[1]运动力学中有两个研究领域：“静力学”静止状态（无运动）或以恒定速度移动的恒定运动状态的系统研究和“动力学”包含加速度时间、位移、速度和速率中产生的力^[2]
