2022年2月4日，官方确认文彬&尹产贺将于三月回归[2][3]，并宣布于2月11日发行先行曲〈Ghost Town〉。
2月16日，官方宣布文彬&尹产贺将于3月15日以迷你二辑《REFUGE》回归[4]，2月17日，公布预告时间表[5]，2月18日，公开专辑曲目表[6]，2月21日，释出专辑预览图并于2月22日开放预购[7]。
2月23日、25日及28日，公开THE EAST版概念照[8][9][10]，3月2日、4日及7日，公开THE WEST版概念照[11][12][13]。
3月9日，释出专辑音源试听[14]，3月11日及14日，分别释出主打曲〈WHO〉的两支M/V预告片[15][16]。
3月15日下午6时，公开主打曲〈WHO〉音乐录影带，正式发行迷你二辑《REFUGE》，下午7时，举行回归SHOWCASE[17]。
