唐興華（1966年10月—），遼寧西豐人，中國人民解放軍中將、第十四屆全國人大代表。
曾任瀋陽軍區政治部組織部部長。2015年7月，任陸軍第16集團軍政治部主任[1]。2017年任陸軍第82集團軍政治工作部主任。2018年7月，升任陸軍第83集團軍政治委員[2]。2019年10月1日，在慶祝中華人民共和國成立70周年大會閱兵式上同林向陽率陸軍方隊接受檢閱[3]。2022年3月，升任東部戰區副政治委員兼戰區陸軍政治委員。
