聶建國（1958年8月4日—），男，湖南衡陽人，中國結構工程專家，中國工程院院士。清華大學土木工程系教授，清華大學未來城鎮與基礎設施研究院院長。
生平
1982年畢業於湖南大學。1984年獲鄭州工學院碩士學位。1991年獲南斯拉夫鐵托格勒大學博士學位。2013年當選為中國工程院院士。[1]
