邊發吉（1957年1月—），男，漢族，河北肅寧人，中華人民共和國政治人物，中國民主同盟盟員，河北省文化廳副廳長，中國雜技家協會副主席，第十二屆全國人民代表大會河北地區代表。
生平
2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表中國民主同盟，分入第六組。[2]2013年，被選為全國人大代表[3]。2018年1月，當選第十三屆全國政協委員[4]。
2023年1月14日，卸任河北省政協副主席職務[5]。
