上海美國法院

上海美國法院，全稱美國中國事務法院（The U.S. Court for China）是美國在20世紀於上海設立的法院。1844年美國同清朝政府簽訂了《中美望廈條約》，從此美國擁有了在中國的「治外法權」。1906年6月30日，美國國會通過法案，決定在上海設立法院，配備職業司法人員處理美國公民在中國地區的法律糾紛和刑事案件。

上海美國法院相當於聯邦地區法院，上訴屬於舊金山的美國第九巡迴上訴法院，終審於美國聯邦最高法院。1943年，美國撤銷了上海美國法院。
