假單胞菌界[4]（學名：Pseudomonadati）是一個包含大約三分之一原核生物物種的一個界，其中大部分是革蘭氏陰性細菌及其親屬[3]。它是更大的細菌界——芽孢桿菌界的近親，而芽孢桿菌大多是革蘭氏陽性細菌[5][3]。
