傑西·亞歷山大·赫爾姆斯

傑西·亞歷山大·赫爾姆斯（英語：Jesse Alexander Helms，1921年10月18日—2008年7月4日）是美國參議員。在1942年至1970年間，他曾是民主黨黨員；在1970年後，他轉到共和黨當黨員。
