奧斯卡·米考斯

奧斯卡·狄弗洛·米考斯（英語：Oscar Devereaux Micheaux，美國 ⁱ/mɪˈʃoʊ/，1884年1月2日—1951年3月25日）是一名非裔美國男作家、導演和製片人。一生中曾製作過超過四十四部獨立電影，並因與林肯電影公司（英語：Lincoln Motion Picture Company）的合作而使該公司成為和黑人製片人合作的第一家電影公司^[1]；米考斯被認為是首位非裔美國長片導演、種族電影（英語：Race film）的重要製片人，已被譽為「20世紀上半最成功的非裔美國電影製片人」^[2]。

2019年，他的電影《靈與肉（英語：Body and Soul (1925 film)）》（1925年）被國會圖書館中，憑具有「文化、歷史和審美方面的顯著成就」而被保存於國家影片登記表^[3]。

2005年奧斯卡·米考斯展期間，在米考斯公墓上的裝飾。

米考斯於1951年3月25日在北卡羅來納州夏洛特因心臟衰竭而去世。他被安葬在他年輕時的家鄉——堪薩斯州大本德的大本德公墓。他的墓碑上寫著：「一個比時代更領先的人」^[4]。
