威廉·拉帕德

威廉·埃曼努爾·拉帕德（William Emmanuel Rappard，1883年4月22日—1958年4月29日）是瑞士歷史學家、經濟學家、國際關係學者和外交家。他是國際關係及發展高等學院的創始人之一。拉帕德生於美國紐約，先後在哈佛大學和維也納大學接受高等教育，曾任哈佛大學助理教授、日內瓦大學校長。拉帕德在1920年代協助創辦了國際聯盟。
