柱孢藻屬

柱孢藻屬（學名：Cylindrospermum）為念珠藻科的一屬藍藻，是一種在陸地和水生環境中發現的絲狀（英語：Cyanobacterial morphology）藍藻屬。在陸地生態系統中，柱孢藻屬存在於土壤中；在水生生態系統中，它通常作為水生植物上的附生藻（英語：Periphyton）（periphyton）的一部分進行生長。該屬為異形細胞（英語：Heterocyst）固氮藍藻。^[2]
