棲熱擬桿菌屬（學名：Thermobacteroides）為熱厭氧桿菌科的一個屬。該屬的模式種為乙酸乙基嗜熱擬桿菌（Thermobacteroides acetoethylicus）。現為棲熱厭氧桿菌屬（Thermoanaerobacter）的異名。
