索絲菌屬

索絲菌屬（學名：Brochothrix）為芽孢桿菌目李斯特氏菌科的一屬革蘭氏陽性菌。規則、不分支的桿菌。廣泛分布於環境中，主要出現於肉產品中。此屬的模式種為熱殺索絲菌(Brochothrix thermosphacta)。
