發展歷史

MYOB在80年代初由Christopher Lee在Teleware的一個技術團隊創立。1993年，Teleware被Best Software（現在的Sage Group）收購。1999年7月9日，MYOB在澳洲證券交易所（ASX）上市。

2009年1月，Archer Capital完成了對MYOB的收購。^[1]

2011年8月，Archer Capital將MYOB賣給了貝恩資本，價格不明。^[2]

產品

MYOB現在擁有一個需要訂閱的產品、一個基於瀏覽器的會計產品，發布於2010年8月。2012年10月24日，MYOB正式對外發布AccountRight Live——其旗艦產品的雲版本。
