伊達宗實（慶長17年（1612年）- 寬永21年/正保元年（1644年））、伊予國宇和島藩世嗣。初代藩主伊達秀宗長男。母為井伊直政女京姬。官位為左近太夫。
因伊達秀宗正室之子為嫡子且病弱的緣故、寬永14年（1627年）辭嫡、對弟弟伊達宗時讓出嫡子之位。寬永21年/正保元年（1644年）以33歳齡先於父親死去。
