刁玄（?—?），三國東吳官員，丹楊（今安徽當塗）人，孫亮時侍中。
謝景、范慎、刁玄、羊衜等都是孫權太子孫登的賓客，當時東宮號為多士[1]。刁玄任五官中郎將。孫亮時，刁玄為侍中。孫亮路過西苑，正在吃生梅，於是就派黃門宦官到宮中取蜂蜜來浸泡梅子。蜜里有老鼠屎，侍中刁玄、張邠請求把他們下獄查問。孫亮推理黃門所做的[2]。刁玄出使蜀漢時，從蜀漢帶回了司馬徽和劉廙關於運命和歷數的著作，刁玄在江東將這些著作更改作為宣傳孫皓統一天下的預言書。
