前緣延伸（英語：leading-edge extension，簡稱LEX）是飛行器機翼前緣向前延伸的部件，主要用於改善大迎角與低空速時的氣流，以控制、延緩失速現象。
前緣延伸包括前緣縫翼、前緣鋸齒（dogtooth）、前緣翻邊（leading edge cuff）、前緣根部延伸（leading-edge root extension）等種類。[1][2]
