姑孰是中國歷史上的一個地名，位於現今馬鞍山市當塗縣。姑孰曾為東晉軍事要地，桓溫就一度駐軍於姑孰。境內有姑溪河，沿長江有采石磯，為兵家必爭之地，此外還有有石臼湖，盛產螃蟹。
