徐海道，中華民國初期行政區劃名。1914年6月以清末徐州道及海州直隸州轄境置，治銅山縣（今江蘇徐州市）。屬江蘇省。轄銅山、豐縣、沛縣、蕭縣、碭山、邳縣、宿遷、睢寧、東海、灌雲、沭陽、贛榆等縣。轄區約當今江蘇省西北角，睢寧、宿遷、沭陽、灌南、響水等市縣以北地區及安徽省碭山、蕭縣二縣地。1927年廢。
