斑點莎瑙魚（學名：Sardinops melanosticta）為鯡科莎瑙魚屬的魚類。分佈於朝鮮、日本、俄羅斯遠東諸海以及南海、東海和黃海等海域，屬於近岸中上層洄游性集群魚類。該物種的模式產地在日本。
