曹羲（？—249年），字昭叔[1]，三國時期魏國之臣，魏國重臣曹真之子，曹爽之弟，曹訓、曹彥之兄，封安鄉侯[2]。
曹爽專權，曹羲有所規勸，但曹爽不聽。249年，曹爽出行高平陵，曹羲勸他保持警惕，曹爽仍不聽，遂遭司馬懿政變奪權。桓範建議曹爽反對司馬懿，曹爽卻遲遲無法下決心起兵；桓范又勸曹羲，曹羲也不聽。曹爽最終束手就擒，自以為能保富貴，卻最後被公卿廷議滅三族。
曹羲曾和鄭沖、孫邕、荀顗、何晏一同集合各家為《論語》作的注，擇其善者，編成《論語集解》，並奏於魏帝。
