生平
1981年1月在農業部幹部培訓班華南農學院班第三期結業。歷任中共東莞縣委副書記、中共惠陽地委副書記、中共惠州市委副書記、市政府主要負責人，中共惠州市委副書記、市長；中共東莞市委書記、東莞市市長、市人大常委會主任[1]；廣東省人大常委會副主任[2]。2017年12月5日在廣州逝世，享年74歲[3]。
