杜源生（1961年8月—），男，漢族，福建羅源人。1983年8月參加工作，1985年12月加入中國共產黨。福建農學院園藝系果樹專業畢業，大學本科學歷。中華人民共和國政治人物。
簡歷
曾任共青團福州市委副書記，福州市廣電局副局長，有線電視台台長，中共鼓樓區委副書記，福州市科委副主任，市科技園區管委會主任，福清市市長，中共閩侯縣委書記[1]。
2007年2月，任福州市副市長、中共閩侯縣委書記。2009年8月，任中共福州市委常委、副市長，福州(平潭)綜合實驗區黨工委書記、管委會主任。2010年2月26日，任福州(平潭)綜合實驗區(機構升格為正廳級)黨工委副書記、管委會副主任。2010年8月11日，任福建省平潭綜合實驗區黨工委副書記、管委會副主任、平潭縣委書記。
2013年2月，任中共三明市委副書記，三明市副市長、代市長（2013年5月當選市長[2]）。2016年8月，任中共三明市委書記[3]。2018年1月，當選福建省政協副主席。
2023年1月13日，卸任福建省政協副主席職務[4]。
