沈尹子桱（？—？），羋姓，名竺[1]或蒸、巫、筮、莖[2]，字子桱，中國春秋時期楚國的沈尹，號稱虞丘子[3]。他是楚穆王的兒子，楚莊王的兄弟。曾向楚莊王推薦孫叔敖為令尹。
前597年，沈尹子桱率領中軍、子重率領左軍、子反率領右軍參加邲之戰，大敗晉國[4]。
前589年，巫臣攜夏姬叛逃到晉國，沈尹子桱、司馬子反與令尹子重殺死了巫臣的族人子閻、子蕩和清尹弗忌、連尹襄老的兒子黑要。沈尹子桱與王子罷得到了子蕩的家產[5]。
