涅俄普托勒摩斯二世 （希臘語：Νεοπτόλεμος , ?－前297年）） 是摩羅西亞國王及伊庇魯斯聯盟統帥。公元前302年到公元前297年間統治摩羅西亞王國。亞歷山大一世和克麗奧佩脫拉之子。涅俄普托勒摩斯的外祖父母是腓力二世和奧林匹亞絲，亞歷山大大帝是他的舅舅。
在前297年，皮洛士利用埃及托勒密一世的力量奪回了伊庇魯斯的王位並殺了涅俄普托勒摩斯二世。
