荊茂（1447年—1517年），永州寧遠縣桐山鄉跳墩石人，明朝政治人物、進士出身。
成化十四年，登進士，改庶吉士，後任監察御史，在任期間，言事不避權勢，激揚有聲[1]。成化二十二年，擔任浙江按察使。弘治元年，他先後任江西、浙江兩省主考官、浙江按察使、閩浙兩省巡按等職。後因得罪劉瑾，稱病告歸。
