郭敏（1963年10月—），女，漢族，河北泊頭人，中華人民共和國外交官，曾任中華人民共和國駐阿塞拜疆共和國特命全權大使。[1]
生平
1985年，進入中華人民共和國外交部工作，先後在外交部領事司、外交部駐香港簽證處、駐俄羅斯大使館任職。2005年，任外交部領事司參贊兼處長。2007年10月，出任中華人民共和國駐伊爾庫茨克總領事。2012年，任外交部外事管理司參贊。2013年，掛職廣西南寧市副市長。2015年9月，出任中華人民共和國駐聖彼得堡總領事。[2]2019年7月，出任中華人民共和國駐阿塞拜疆大使[3]。2024年4月，自駐阿塞拜疆大使離任[4]。
