馬振龍，江蘇省泰興縣人。是上海搪瓷機修廠工人。文化大革命中任上海市革命委員會委員、上海市總工會常委、中共上海市輕工業局委員會副書記兼革委會副主任。1982年被判有期徒刑十六年，剝奪政治權利三年。[1]
