北美英軍總司令

北美英軍總司令（英語：Commander-in-Chief, North America），是指英國陸軍在1755年至1875年間於北美洲的最高司令。該職位在七年戰爭期間首次創立。1775年美國獨立戰爭爆發後，北美英軍總司令一職拆分為兩個職位：新北美英軍總司令（英語：Commander-in-Chief, America）負責西佛羅里達至紐芬蘭的戰區，而魁北克英軍總司令（英語： Commanders-in-Chief, Quebec ）則負責加拿大戰區。1783年美國獨立戰爭結束後，英軍失去北美大片殖民地，統轄北美陸軍的職責逐漸落在魁北克英軍總司令身上。1791年，英軍將魁北克英軍總司令更名為加拿大英軍總司令（英語：Commander-in-Chief, The Canadas）。1867年加拿大聯邦化，英軍在1875年正式裁撤北美英軍總司令一職，改為加拿大民兵總司令，逐步將軍事權力轉移至加拿大陸軍。
