《Born This Way Ball》是美國女歌手Lady Gaga舉辦的第三場全球巡演，以支持於2011年發行的錄音室專輯《Born This Way》。這場巡演覆蓋了所有大洲（除南極洲）。[1]

《Born This Way Ball》廣受好評。評論家讚揚其舞台設計、聲音表現力、表達的信息和精良的製作團隊。

《Born This Way Ball》在2013年的票房收入為19,700,000美元，使其兩年內98場的總票房收入達到181,100,000美元。在女歌手舉行的巡演中票房排名第五，並成為了票房最好的巡演之一。[2] [3] 並被US Weekly評為"largest scenic structure that's ever been built to tour"。

Gaga在每一場演唱會都會挑選多名小怪獸在完場時到後台跟Gaga見面。

2012年6月1日，Gaga被印尼政府禁止入境印尼，是因為許多印尼穆斯林組織希望她不要來雅加達舉辦演唱會，最終她被印尼政府禁止舉辦任何一場演唱會。

由於髖關節盂唇撕裂傷的緣故，Gaga在2013年2月12日公開聲明剩餘的20場The Born This Way Ball場次全部取消。[4][5]
