安德魯·巴塞維奇

安德魯·巴塞維奇（Andrew J. Bacevich Jr.；/ˈbeɪsəvɪtʃ/；BAY-sə-vitch ；1947年7月5日—），是美國史家，致力研究國際關係、國家安全、美國外交政策以及美國外交軍事史。巴塞維奇是波士頓大學弗里德里克帕蒂（Frederick S. Pardee）國際研究學院國際關係及歷史學名譽教授。^[3]巴塞維奇也是美國陸軍裝甲部隊的退休軍官，以上校軍銜退役。巴塞維奇曾任波士頓大學國際關係中心的主任（1998年至2005 年）。^[3] 巴塞維奇是昆西國家事務研究所的共同創辦人。

巴塞維奇是美國佔領伊拉克的批評者，稱伊拉克佔領是場災難性的失敗。^[4] 2007年3月，巴塞維奇稱布希的「預防性戰爭」是「不道德、不被容許和不謹慎」。^[4][5] 其子安德魯·約翰·巴塞維奇 (Andrew John Bacevich) 也是名軍官，2007年5月，在伊拉克戰爭中陣亡。^[4]
