班·吉利蘭 (英語：Ben Gilliland；1976年1月30日—）是一位英國圖片編輯和科普作家，出生於對衡郡達靈頓，工作生活在肯特郡皇家坦布里奇韋爾斯，2015年起擔任帕特里克·穆爾所創立的Astronomy Now 雜誌編輯[1]，主要作品有《從大爆炸到大終結》（How to Build a Universe: From the Big Bang to the End of the Universe，2015）等[2][3]。
