1963年中北美洲及加勒比海冠軍盃（英語：1963 CONCACAF Champions' Cup）是第2屆中北美洲及加勒比海聯賽冠軍盃，由中北美洲及加勒比海足球協會主辦。由中美洲、北美洲及加勒比地區之間的球會角逐，為該區頂級的球會級賽事。

決賽圈

Difficulties in securing passports for Racing Club's players in time for the 9月final in Guadalajara caused the match to be postponed three times. After CD Guadalajara's protest to CONCACAF in 2月1964, the governing body declared that club to be champions, but changed their minds after a counter-protest, instead deciding that both legs of the final should be played within two months of 2 4月1964. This decision caused CD Guadalajara to scratch from the competition because they were on a European tour during that period, so the title was awarded to Racing Club without any match being played.
