脂肪肉瘤（英語：Liposarcoma），是一種由脂肪細胞在深層軟組織（如腹膜後或大腿內側）異常增生導致的癌症。^[1] 脂肪肉瘤是一種罕見的惡性腫瘤，顯微觀察顯示其與普通脂肪細胞類似。^[2]

脂肪肉瘤通常為巨大的腫瘤，並且在最大的腫瘤周圍常伴有數個體積較小的腫瘤。

脂肪肉瘤與其他肉瘤一樣，十分罕見。^[3]

症狀與體徵

症狀通常為患者報告有異物生長在軟組織內，並且會導致疼痛或影響日常生活。

生長在腹膜後的脂肪肉瘤會導致體重減輕、消瘦和腹痛，並且可能由於壓迫腎臟與輸尿管而導致腎衰竭。

診斷

公認的診斷方法為進行組織學檢查，即切除並活檢。活檢通常會觀察到成脂細胞，一種充滿多個胞漿空泡，並且有由空泡導致的染色劑無法上色產生的黑色核的脂肪細胞。

亞型

脂肪肉瘤有多種亞型:

• 高分化脂肪肉瘤（Well-differentiated liposarcoma）, synonymous with atypical lipomatous tumor—the former term is used almost exclusively for lesions in the retroperitoneum, while the latter is used for lesions arising elsewhere
• 去分化型脂肪肉瘤—高分化型脂肪肉瘤（Dedifferentiated liposarcoma—well-differentiated liposarcoma） adjacent to a more poorly differentiated tumor
• 圓形細胞型脂肪肉瘤（粘液細胞型脂肪肉瘤）（myxoid cell liposarcoma）
• 多形型脂肪肉瘤（Pleomorphic liposarcoma）
