埃爾南多·德·索托（西班牙語：Hernando de Soto，約1500年10月27日—1542年5月21日），文藝復興時期西班牙探險家，[1]於1519年參加征服危地馬拉的軍隊。[2]他率軍協助在秘魯的皮薩羅後，他是最早進入印加都城庫斯科的歐洲人之一。後來，他用了三年時間對今天美國東南部進行探險，所到地區位於今密西西比河以西。[3]
