抗酸藥

抑酸劑，又稱抗酸劑，抑制胃酸分泌，緩解燒心、反酸的症狀，常用的藥物有H₂受體阻滯劑和質子泵抑制劑PPI（奧美拉唑等）。^[1]

組胺H2-受體阻斷劑

至今已經出現三代，既第一代西咪替丁、第二代雷尼替丁、第三代法莫替丁。

如奧美拉唑、蘭索拉唑、泮托拉唑、貝拉拉唑等

胃腸粘膜保護劑

如米索前列醇等
