癒傷組織

癒傷組織（英語：plant callus，callus）是植物中由薄壁細胞組成且未形成特定結構的組織，通常出現於植物的傷口處。在研究中，可以使用滅菌後的植物組織樣品（外植體）誘導癒傷組織形成，然後置於封閉的培養容器如培養皿中，在組織培養基上進行體外培養^[1]。

研究歷史

十八世紀的法國植物學家亨利·路易·杜默·德·孟梭（英語：Henri-Louis Duhamel du Monceau）觀察榆樹傷口癒合的過程，首次描述了癒傷組織形成的現象^[2]。1939年，三位研究者各自成功在體外誘導癒傷組織的形成^[3]。
