矽化鈣是一種無機化合物,化學式為Ca2Si。[1]它由在1000 °C於真空中反應得到。

性質

它和稀酸反應,放出矽烷氫氣的混合物:

3 Ca2Si + 12 HCl + 5 H2O → 6 CaCl2 + SiH4↑ + H2Si2O5 + 8 H2

它和矽化鎂反應,生成CaMgSi:[2]

Ca2Si + Mg2Si → 2 CaMgSi
