嗜發酵菌屬

嗜發酵菌屬（學名：Zymophilus）為月形單孢菌目月形單孢菌科的一屬革蘭氏陰性菌。直杆到微彎杆或螺杆。分離於「起子」酵母或啤酒廢水。此屬的模式種為食棉籽糖嗜發酵菌(Zymophilus raffinosivorans)。
