柏斯敦（英語：Plaxton）是英國一間巴士及客車車身製造廠，現時隸屬亞歷山大丹尼士。
歷史
Plaxton在1907年成立，初為建築行業，第一次世界大戰後開始出汽車車身。第二次世界大戰期間，Plaxton生產停頓，改為製造軍用飛機。
1980年，巴士車身製造廠Reeve Burgess成為Plaxton附屬公司，後來Reeve Burgess推出Beaver小巴車身及Pointer中型巴士車身，兩款車身均在市場上取得成功。1991年Plaxton關閉Reeve Burgess並把該兩款車身收歸己有。
Plaxton與同屬巴士車身製造廠的都普為以前的對手，1989年Plaxton收購多款都普產品的生產權，同年，Plaxton收購Henlys，易名為Plaxton集團，1992年再易名為Henlys集團，但Plaxton牌子就繼續保留。
1995年，Henlys集團收購Northern Counties，並於1999年以Plaxton完全取代Northern Counties。
2001年，Henlys集團與擁有丹尼士車廠及亞歷山大車身公司的Mayflower Corporation合組成TransBus International，Plaxton品牌名稱由TransBus取代。2004年3月31日，TransBus連同其大股東Mayflower Corporation一同被接管。同年5月17日，TransBus客車及小巴車身生產業務（包括位於Anston及Scarborough的廠房）被管理層收購，並恢復使用Plaxton名稱。Plaxton獨立之後，於2005年重推城市巴士。
2007年5月，Plaxton被亞歷山大丹尼士收購，與原有TransBus的業務復合[1]。同年稍後，亞歷山大丹尼士Enviro 200車身生產線遷往Plaxton在Scarborough的廠房。
2010年1月1日起，Plaxton公司完全併入亞歷山大丹尼士的公司架構之內，而Plaxton品牌名稱則保留[2]。
