管薊馬科（學名：Phlaeothripidae），也稱皮薊馬科，為纓翅目的一個大科。腹端呈管狀。前翅表面無脈和纖微毛，僅有少數基部鬃。雌蟲無特殊產卵器。世界性分布。
本科昆蟲的生活方式和食性比較複雜，除植食性或肉食性外，有許多種為菌食性或腐食性。有110餘種在植物葉上營蟲癭生活，蟲癭形態多樣。代表種有麥筒管薊馬（在新疆為害小麥）和稻管薊馬（為害水稻）。
