香港國際安全與無害環境拆船公約（英語：Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships）是2009年國際海事組織制訂的公約，目前尚未生效。該公約旨在確保船舶達到使用壽命後被回收時，不會對人類健康安全和環境造成不必要風險。[1]
