格朗当斯区（法语：Grand'Anse，法语发音：[ɡʁɑ̃dɑ̃s]）是塞舌尔的25个行政区之一，位于主岛马埃岛的西部，北毗普莱桑斯区和莱马梅勒区，东临喀斯喀特区，南接昂斯布瓦洛区，西邻印度洋，面积为15平方公里，2002年居民人数是2,587。
