驻巴林台北贸易办事处

驻巴林台北贸易办事处（英语：Taipei Trade Office in the Kingdom of Bahrain），亦称驻巴林代表处，是中华民国政府派驻巴林王国的代表机构。^[4]

办事处具备核发中华民国护照、赴台签证、文件证明（英语：Legalization (international law)）等领事相关事务，并提供旅外国人急难救助，功能等同邦交国的大使馆。^[5][4]

历史

1977年2月11日，于首都麦纳麦设立具大使馆功能的中华民国驻巴林商务代表团（英语：Trade office）（Trade Mission of the Republic of China, Manama, State of Bahrain）。4月15日，正式成立。^[6]

2005年1月28日，更名为台湾驻巴林王国商务代表团（Trade Mission of Taiwan to the Kingdom of Bahrain）。^{[注 2][6]}

2017年7月12日，更名为驻巴林台北贸易办事处（Taipei Trade Office in the Kingdom of Bahrain）。中华民国外交部指出巴林对“一个中国”原则表态，严重违反其自身承诺，并在中国大陆的压力下，坚持驻团须限期更名改掉台湾的名称，外交部表示不满与深切遗憾（原名称是2004年经巴林政府（英语：Politics of Bahrain）书面同意）。^[7][4]
